The prices for additional persons apply per person and night, based on an occupancy of at least two adults.
For children (aged 0 to 9) sleeping in a separate room, a surcharge of €30 per person and night is charged. From age 10, the surcharge is €40.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in our hotel by arrangement. Please let us know when you book. For safety reasons, we ask that dogs be kept on a leash at all times. We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the garden and pool area .
We charge €10.00 (excluding food) per dog per day.
Reception
Our modern self-service hotel has no traditional reception desk. During the day, a contact person is available for a few hours. Outside these times, we can be reached by email or phone and will answer your requests and questions as quickly as possible.
Non-smoking – smoking?
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.
Note on kitchen use
Cooking is permitted only in our apartments; cooking is not allowed in the rooms.
Municipal tourist tax
A municipal tourist tax of €3.10 per person and night is charged for all guests aged 14 and over.
Reservation
Please send us a written reservation via the inquiry form on our website. Bookings by phone are also possible. Once we have received a reservation, we will send you a booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Please note that for short-notice cancellations (within 30 days before arrival) we charge 30% of the booked services.
For cancellations made 7 days or less before the start of your holiday, we charge 50% of the booked length of stay.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we charge 100% of the booked length of stay.
In the event of an official travel warning for South Tyrol, the cancellation conditions do not apply!
Arrival & departure
Our rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 pm.
On the day of departure, rooms and apartments should be vacated by 10:00 am.
